Governance

The Network management is based at Université Laval and is ensured by Dr. Mir Abolfazl Mostafavi, professor at the geomatics Department. The Network has a management structure that allows efficient interactions between the researchers, the industry and government members, and the students.

The Network structure is composed of the following committees:

  • Administrative Committee

    Making decisions that ensure proper functioning of the Network ( direction, development, administration and finance).

  • Advisory Committee

    Advising the Administrative Committee on relevant geospatial R&D direction in order to meet the society priority needs.

  • Liaison Committee

    Linking key organizations in geomatics to help research funding and develop projects in partnership with universities, industries and government agencies.
